The hotel has comfortable and spacious rooms with good beds. the location is perfect, close to many tourist spots and easy to access from the airport. the hotel has attentive staff who are willing to assist guests with their requests.

The hotel needs more maintenance and improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were mosquitoes in the room.

Hotel staffs are friendly just the location its not good and its like 2-3 Star hotel and the air condition dont have any button to switch off or change the temperature. The tv remote controller doesnt work. Breakfast its very poor ......

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely ideal, right in the heart of the city. It made it so easy for me to explore all the interesting places nearby. The staff members were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They even helped me find the bus terminal and gave clear directions to my Uber driver. I was pleasantly surprised to find the air-conditioning and TV turned on before I arrived, providing a warm welcome. It's little touches like these that really make this place stand out.

I can confidently recommend this hotel to all my friends. The quality of service, the luxurious amenities, and the enhanced comfort really make it worth the stay.

Rooms were large. Triple room had 3 queen beds that were clean. Nice breakfast in the morning. Downstairs lobby was very nice.

No knobs on the air conditioner/heaters so couldn't get them to work without a man coming up with pliers. Only about 3 minutes of hot water for the showers. No hot water at all in one of the sinks. Old, worn bedding on the beds. Old, soiled carpet. Rooms/furniture seemed rundown and old, and did not match the pictures we saw online or the nice lobby. We were disappointed that rooms were not as nice as we had expected. We felt it was overpriced for the quality of the room.

It was close to historical sites.

The area in which the hotel is situated is not good. It is in a run-down part of the city and is not conducive to personal security. The hotel itself is in need of renovation and does not create a good impression. From the point of view of an English speaking traveller it is unsuitable as I could not at any time find a staff member who could understand English, let alone speak it. The air conditioning unit it my room was extremly noisy and it could not be operated at night. The trafic noised from the streets below was so intrusive if the window was opened that it was impossible to be relatively comfortable and noise-free at night.

It was all superb. Dirty rooms lacking maintenance, mosquitoes, no room service, and high prices compared to other hotels.
